What springs to mind when we use the word Team, a group of competitive individuals formed to represent a common cause?
I prefer this definition
A team is a group of individuals working together to achieve a goal. A group does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses.
To me, Team TAC is this, a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximise their strengths and minimise their weaknesses. Through our members and our coaching team we aim to create an environment that embodies this message. Team TAC isn’t just the team that we send to competitions, it’s much much bigger than that, it’s about the newest member receiving encouragement from fellow members, other members cheering when they hit their targets or smash a PB, it’s bigger than TAC itself and it needs every single member to make it a reality.
Being part of a team is being part of a family and we have an amazing family at TAC
