At The Athlete Centre we take health and fitness seriously. Our strength and conditioning programmes are designed to help our members achieve their long-term health and fitness goals. We run several classes each day for Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting and Strength. Each class instructor will tailor workouts to your individual ability and ensure you are always making progress.
The Athlete Centre’s community of members includes all levels of fitness and dedication, from seniors, and those returning to regular exercise after extended periods away, to dedicated amateur sportsmen and women, and professional and former-professional athletes.
