Our team of highly skilled and educated professionals will tailor workouts to your individual ability and ensure you are always making progress.

What do we offer
Group training for everyone
The Athlete Centre offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
TACFIT
TACFIT is our general strength and conditioning programme, which aims to improve athlete’s fitness across all bases. To be truly ‘Fit’ you need to be strong, powerful, have good cardiovascular endurance and possess skills like gymnastics and swimming. We will help members enrolled in our TACFIT programme to improve their weaknesses and generally plug the gaps in their fitness.
